Düsseldorf, 17 September 2020 – CLIQ Digital AG (CLIQ.DE, ISIN: DE000A0HHJR3, WKN: A0HHJR), a leading digital lifestyle company, which provides streaming entertainment services to consumers worldwide with unlimited access to music, audiobooks, games, sports and movie content, has again raised its financial guidance for full year 2020 on the back of a continuing very satisfactory business development.
In 2020, CLIQ now expects to generate at least €100m in gross revenue (previously: €90m) and at least €13m in EBITDA (previously: €10m). This guidance hike forecasts year-on-year growth rates of 58% p.a. and 126% p.a. respectively (cf. PY: +8% and +49% respectively for FY 2019 vs FY 2018). The marketing spend is expected to total around €33m (PY: €22m) and the Customer Base Value to amount to approximately €34m (PY: €26m) in FY 2020.
CLIQ’s accelerating focus on direct media buying and fundamental shift from affiliate marketing has triggered a further notable increase in revenue growth during the current operating quarter and a subsequent boost to the EBITDA development, also resulting in a gratifying increase in new customers and the CLIQ factor (which will be released together with the Q3 figures).

The company will bring forward the disclosure of its Q3/9M 2020 financials and report on 29 October 2020.
